Our method follows a set 4 stage process, our programme lengths vary from 4 weeks to 6 months, based on your target weight loss goal. Most programmes last 12 weeks.

1. Genetics

Your body is predisposed to certain types of foods and diets, without genetic information you can follow diets, plans and exercise routes that are not optimal for our genetics. Inflammation in the body can lead to insulin resistance. This is due to inflammatory compounds that impair the way insulin works.
